Two weeks ago the residents moved into this rental apartment building at Yliskyläntie 2.
The plot already had two apartment buildings built in the 1990s.
We prepared a supplementary plan for the property owner, in which a new 6-story residential building was built in place of the parking area. The parking was implemented between the buildings under the courtyard cover.
The park on the northern side of the plot has a reservation for a tram line, which affected the orientation and placement of the apartments along the long, airy staircase.
The facades of the old buildings are planned to be renovated later.
